Return Process

  Ensure your shoes are in their original, unworn condition and stored in the original branded shoe box to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Complete Return Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original shipment, indicating whether you would prefer a refund to your original payment method or a different size.

  Package and Label

  Securely pack the items in a protective outer mailing bag and attach the return shipping label provided through our online portal or at your local post office.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized collection point and retain your tracking receipt; we will process your request within 5-7 business days of arrival.
